Our Leadership Team

Kevin is President, Chief Operating Officer, and Lead Researcher for ActiveTracks and is a founding member.  He has 20 years of law enforcement and investigative experience, with prior focus upon juvenile corrections, uniform street patrol, undercover operations, investigative assignments (including narcotics, gang, personal and property crimes), as well as assisting with law enforcement training.

Kevin also has experience as a corporate investigator with a large retail chain, consulting and partnering with state and federal law enforcement agencies to combat organized retail theft, both external and internal.

Richard is a founding member of ActiveTracks and helped develop the monitoring process for third party asset managers utilized by the wealth management firm Green Square Capital where he was the President and Chief Compliance Officer.  He currently insures compliance with firm policies and procedures relating to FCRA and state regulations.  He also manages all financial functions of the firm.
